Baked French Onion Soup

Another long time favorite recipe we learned at Isabelle's. Drawn from a stock pot simmered for 72 hours. Fresh sauteed onions are then added. Served in a crock topped with toast rounds and stringy Gruyere cheese. $4.00

Julie Ann's Salad

Mixed greens topped with thin slices of turkey breast, ham, Swiss and American cheeses, then finished with tomato, onion and egg. Served with your choice of our homemade dressings. (Bleu cheese $2.00 extra) $8.50

Chicken Caesar Salad

Marinated, char-broiled breast of chicken, sliced and served warm over "Isabelle's recipe" with fresh tomato, onion, and crutons. $15.00

Johns Patented Plattered Ribs

We are especially proud of our ribs because of their unique preparation and unusual presentation. The ribs are cooked in a customized oven and at the same time slowly smoked with Hickory wood. They are served on John's pantented platter which he designed to make rib eating more convenient and less messy.
